Gabriel was first charged on July 19 after several women reported his alleged crimes to cops, according to an LAPD press release. Three more women have now come forward after reportedly reading the press coverage of his arrest in July. The new charges against Gabriel, who has also appeared on shows like The Eyes of Tammy Faye and Six Feet Under, include rape, rape of an unconscious person, and sodomy. He is also charged with assault with intent to commit rape, and injury to a girlfriend or significant other. The U.S. Sun has reached out to Gabriel’s representatives for comment. According to Los Angeles County prosecutors, Gabriel’s alleged crimes date back to 2013. They are also currently investigating allegations against Gabriel that trace back to his time as a student at Yale university. In the new charges, prosecutors allege that Gabriel sodomized a woman in September 2021. He is accused of raping another woman in May 2022 and sexually assaulting a third woman the following year in May. According to a statement from Gabriel’s attorney Leonard Levine, the actor has “pleaded not guilty to all of the allegations.” The statement continued, “[Gabriel] is adamant that at all times any sexual contact he had with the complaining witnesses was consensual. “A fact that the defense intends to establish in a court of law.
